As I prepare to shuffle off to dreamland, no thread as of 9:15pm. Something tells me another '90s set is on tap, esp after a '60s "classic" today.
ETA: well, '83 is better than ninety-anything.
New Order, "Age of LNs" to start.
-
uber-LN2: "LNawyers in LNove"
-
Sally Ride --> The The, "This is the Day" VHM and possible BOS if nothing else comes along.
-
Split Enz, "Message to My Girl", an old Morey mainstay. VHM for nostalgia's sake.
-
Han Solo & Leia: "I Love You"/"I Know" --> Thompson Twins, "If You Were Here". BOSFRA and possibly a bustout.
ETA: amazingly, it's made a couple of appearances of which I have no recollection.
ah, but Spandau's "True" is uber-LN3
-
uber-WOS Crapton from his pandering-to-the-aging period: "Rock'n'Roll Heart". Ugh.
-
and uber-WOS2/uber-LN4 Yes, "OOALH". Sheesh.
-
and uber-WOS2/uber-LN4 Yes, "OOALH". Sheesh.
Yawn. At least it could have been "Leave It", notable only for its multiple silly videos.
-
Outsiders? Rumble Fish? --> Ministry "I Wanted to Tell Her". Another VHM for another nice rarity
Oh whatthehell: BOS. I liked them in this new-wavish period before they went all industrial.
-
ooo! BOS2 Gap Band, "Outstanding", our "HAAAAY!" moment.
-
Outsiders. Ralph Machio!
-
Been listening but too busy to post today. BOS to Split Enz and The The, VHM to the Gap Band and Ministry. The LNs were pretty LN-ny today though.

New Order, The The, Ministry, and Gap Band...songs that were very welcome bustouts when she first played them. A couple more plays and they'll be FFs. 1997 had a number of these too. Is her favorites list starting to be maxed out?
I like the Ministry song, but would love to hear "Revenge" for the 1st time than "I Wanted to Tell Her" for the 3rd (4th if counting repeats.) Maybe next time! :D
