Not clear whether AL will be back or if we're getting another "encore". If it is a rerun, I'm guessing it'll be a '90s set.
'77: The Jam, "This is the Modern World"
It would appear this is a new set -- this tune only appeared once before and not as the TOTHK. So, BOS1.
-
OTOH, the Ramones "Sheena..." is not exactly rare, but rarer than "Blitzkrieg Bop", I'm guessing
-
Two for two so far. I would have no qualms voting for either the Jam or Ramones as BOS.
-
Ms Armatrading shows some emotion. Better emotion than emoticons.

So much for the punk rock vein we started in, but Joan A. sounds just fine. No bustouts so far, but all are rare enough as to be welcome.
-
from "Show Some Emotion" to The Emotions. Heh.
-
Annie Hall "La Di Da" --> Thin Lizzy "Dancing in the Moonlight". BOS2; always liked this one.
-
Mac attack: closest to an LN so far; coulda been worse.
-
Halfway through and I have no complaints so far.
OK, so we get a FF for Super Hit 6. It was bound to happen. FMac makes loving fun.
-
I love you, I lurve you I luff you --> Rubinoos fab cover of "I Think We''re Alone Now".. A fine rarity and BOS3
One previous appearance, in 2006 (!) so right on!
-
Some of these clips (I'm looking at you, Alvy Singer) are more oft-heard than most of the songs played so far.

LOL -- Yeah this is clearly one of AL's all-time-fave flicks.
VHM Saturday's Birthday Boy, BJ.
-
Elvis is dead --> Heart "Love Alive". BOS4 for not being the obvious choice.

Perhaps a nod to her weekend in Seattle? They still love this band in that town.
-
The Force is strong --> "See No Evil", Television. Another welcome rarity, so BOS5
-
The Force is strong --> ??
We're back to the punk rawk thang.
Television, See No Evil. Most likely bustout candidate of the day.
