Request thread is up.
-
Someone suggested Fine Young Cannibals. Oh, honey, I *will* go postal if we hear FYC.

Roachford and/or Living Colour should be played instead of FYC.
-
psychic request:
Malcolm McLaren - House Of The Blue Danube (with Bootsy Collins and Jeff Beck)

OTOH, if she played Public Enemy (which she posted on FB) that would cover a multitude of sins.
-
TOTHK: Cher, "If ah cud turn bahk tahm" BOS1 for cheeze value alone.
-
Frasier & Lilith --> Cult, "Fire Woman" -- borderline LN but I'm not complaining. Yet.
-
news: China, East Germany --> BJ, "We Didn't Start the Fire", uber-uber-LN
"Princess Grace/Peyton Place... Starkweather homicide/Children of thalidomide" -- eek.

Very topical song now, too
-
VHM Primitives, "Sick of It".
-
Field of Dreams -- uber-uber-LN2 Petty "Running Down a KFOG rotation staple."
-
Field of Dreams --> "Have a Heart", Bonnie R.

Field of Dreams --> "Have a Heart", Bonnie R.
Bonnie in general may not be a rarity, but this track certainly is (album cut from Nick of Time). VVHM for this, and BOS to the Primitives song.

It's boring compared to the hits from that album (not that we necessarily needed to hear one of those).
-
uber-uber-LN3 SRV... and snoozy SRV at that.
-
Dead Poets Society, "Oh Captain my Captain!" --> "I'll Be You"
We're going to hear every movie Robin Williams ever made, apparently
-
OMFG: Kirsty MacColl's lovely cover of "Days"...uber-BOS.
-
"Oh Captain my Captain!" --> "I'll Be You"
For AL, this counts as an über-LN. I'm not a fan of sentimental Replacements/Westerberg. This set was not terrible compared to some late '80's efforts, but I don't think I have a BOS.
-
good gawd, the Call and maybe one of the 2 or 3 uber-est LNs in this year.
-
Not a rarity, but points for the theme she's got going on: The Call, Let the Day Begin.

yeah, I get that some songs are part of a worthy segue, but man I never need to hear that Call song again. 12 (!) appearances in the Shraytabase, and lord knows how many times in the AL/RR eras (I counted 7, not including reruns).
-
Per AL, 2-way tie for BOS between Kirsty MacColl and SRV.
-
BOS for Riviera Paradise! Wonderful... the live version is even more sublime.
