I have a 10am meeting tomorrow so I'm sure it will be a fabulous year with a ton of bustouts.
ETA: and it's '74 -- much potential and some great suggestions in the thread. And also some very lame ones.

Psychic request:
Jorma Kaukonen - Genesis
Stevie Wonder - Bird of Beauty

Psychic request:
Stevie Wonder - Bird of Beauty
I was thisclose to requesting "any deep cut/non-hit from Fulfillingness..." We don't ever hear non-45s from that LP they way we do occasionally from Innervisions.

This gets my BOS vote, although we've had several strong candidates.
The Ford "long national nightmare" clip however is one we have heard far more often than necessary.
VHM Time Waits For No One.
-
Little House On The Prairie ---> Dolly Parton "Jolene" !

Possible bust-out, but even if it's not, it's the biggest rarity of the set.

which is kinda sad -- a pleasant enuf set I guess, but given the year and the suggestions... hardly earth-shattering. ("Oh My My" is not in the shraytabase, FWIW)
I feel no great urge to catch the replay tonite. (and I say that as someone who adores "O'nite Sensation", "Life is a Rock" and "Jolene")

BOS for Rufus w/Chaka Khan, VHM to TOP. Otherwise, yes, while pleasant, most of this set
seemed to fall into the FF/LN category to my ears. [paste comment about wasted potential here]

outside of me never tiring of the transcendent FF "Time Waits for No One," it sounds pretty low-key, if pleasant on the replay. I'm waiting for the day when she might start mining some KSAN playlists from the time; it was a pretty rich era.
