certainly sounds like it coulda been, but per Wiki:

"The version of the song that was released on the album was recorded in April or May 1982 at the Power Station in one of the early Born in the U.S.A recording sessions."

Not bad. I'd only count #9 as an LN (I've always enjoyed "Sunset Grill", and I don't really ever hear "Tenderness" anymore). "The Belle Of St. Mark" would definitely count as something I wouldn't have expected. B+ overall.
