A Leap Day set? A day-after-Oscars "Movie Monday"?
ETA: rumor has it we're indeed getting a "Movie Monday"
-
Low expectations -- these movie sets tend to be the usual suspects (your Pulp Fiction, your Sat Nite Fever, various John Hughes sndtks).
-
Don Pardo --> "Goldfinger". BOS and when you consider this didn't win (not even nominated!) but that mediocre Sam Smith thing *did*, well...
-
Ferris B "Oh Yeah"
Midnight Cowboy Nilsson.
Usual suspects indeed.
-
Magnolia --> Aimee Mann "Save Me"
-
Pretty in Pink: shocker. Not. PsyFurs, natch.
-
Shaft is a bad mutha.
Jennifer Beals is a "Maniac"

Indeed. Since just about every movie ever made has music on its soundtrack, I'd really like to
see these sets confined to movies about music and/or musicians. That would still leave a lot
of excellent material.

Almost Famous --> yup, "Tiny Dancer".

yeah, spice it up with some Wagner! (Apocalypse Now!)
-
screwed-up Graduate clip --> "Mrs Robinson"
-
And this underwhelming set closes with Straight Outta Compton --> NWA BOSFRA.
-
Almost Famous --> yup, "Tiny Dancer".
One of my all-time favorite movie moments.
William: "I have to go home."
Penny Lane: "You are home."

10.N.W.A. - Express Yourself
amazingly not a bustout -- she played it in a 1989 set last year.
