Remember when '80s sets were a once-or-twice-a-month rarity on the Drive?

Peter's making it -- big time.

oddly, here's the 2nd repeat-in-'86 from Dave's '87 set: "Livin' on a Prayer". Was this LP a late '86 release?

took me a second to realize I was listening to The Drive, they don't play a lot of R.E.M. otherwise.

Pretty sure it was; LOAP was the second single, after "You Give Love a Bad Name" had its run (and I think I remember hearing that song in the fall, so yeah).
“The choir of children sing their song.  They've practiced all year long.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.”
