Barry Manilow's "Looks Like We Made It," which I often forget was one of his #1s.  "And all I could taste was love the way we made it."  So, Barry swallows.

BOS2 to the Bay City Rollers, "You Made Me Believe in Magic."  I've really grown fond of this in recent months.

BOS3 to Alice Cooper's "You and Me."  If someone ever sings this to me I'll be a happy person indeed.

It's very nice. I still have the 45. I have a memory of driving home from Rockaway Beach on a summer afternoon in '77 and hearing this on WABC.

Or he's playing the role of a cunning linguist.  I'm listening to Magic 98's "Saturday Seventies" thing and they loves them some Barry, esp "Daybreak" -- they seem to play it every week. Somebody yell "one more time!"

"Strawberry Letter 23" is truly awesome eventhough I have no clue what it's about.  "Black Betty" (Ledbelly to the MAX!!!)  and "Give a Little Bit" also rule.  Would be too easy to tag Manilow or Babs with cringe worthy song of week.  I'll go with "Telephone Man" by Meri Wilson.  Exceptionally BAD!!!

Bummer: KFRC re-played last week's 1970 show. Not that I minded hearing Crabby Appleton again, but I'll have to catch up with '77 on the Boston station's podcast tomorrow.

why do I get the impression they're just going to endlessly repeat the ones we've already heard from here on in?  A delightful chart nonetheless.

They have been replaying alot of the same shows from a year ago.  Was hoping to hear a '72 show with "Layla" by Derek & The Dominoes before it fell out of the 40.
