My second-favorite new album of the year, next to Franz Ferdinand.  Most all-over-the-place-ly ambitious dance CD since Bran Van 3000's Discosis, and no one's given such an impression of putting one over since the KLF's White Room.  My favorite tracks: "Mary" (when's the last time anyone did a credible power ballad?), "Return to Oz," "Tits on the Radio," and "It Can't Come Quickly Enough."  Jake Shears' voice has obviously been Pro Tooled in places and the whole thing seems a tad heavy on treble, but an amazing set of disco-trash singles.
“The choir of children sing their song.  They've practiced all year long.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.”

It doesn't need to be anything more than fun,
