Interestingly, the Peak's Dec '67 set last week also featured "She's my Girl" and "She's a Rainbow" as well as alternate songs from the Doors ("Moonlight Drive"), Donovan ("Wear/Love/Heaven") and Beatles ("I Am the Walrus")

Wow, RGMike gets his request --> The Turtles "She's My Girl"

In '67 I was buying 45s... this was one of them.  BTW, most of my 45s have either white or
generic record label sleeves.  A handful have a picture of the artist.  The most notable is
Donovan's Hurdy Gurdy Man.

"Whiter Shade" is also a  lovely classic but I'll call it an LN (along with the Beatles' "LSD")

It hasn't appeared that often on 10@10 because I think Dave eschewed a lot of the bigger hits,
resulting in the situation where they are bust outs when spun by subsequent hosts.  While
the sound of WSOP really reminds me of 1967, I have to agree with the LN label.

Elevator in the brain hotel!

Bust out!  Obviously a mistake on the part of TPTB; they should have played Mellow Yellow.
