BOS5 and nicest surprise of set: BJ Thomas, the original and best version of "Hooked on a Feeling". I'll just stay addicted and hope I can endure.

Great song titles make bad movies: VHM "Jumpin' Jack Flash".

This is what the I Love Music message board refers to as a "challops" - a "challenging opinion" that is so absurd on its face it's either intended to provoke or a simply inexcusible gaffe in taste - but Jumpin' Jack Flash is in my Top 10 movies of all time.

Meantime, BOS2 to BJ's "Hooked on a Feeling."  This one really brings back memories of doing homework in the middle of the night to 3WS in 1990, as does its soundalike which somehow did far worse on the charts, "Deep in the Eyes of a New York Woman."

But you've only seen, like, nine movies.

If you can find another person who thinks JJF is one of the Top Ten Movies of all Time I'll buy you dinner.  ;)

*other than me, I saw it too. ;)
