ay-yi-yi!  talk about under presssure: William Hurt and Kathleen Turner -- before her voice changed --
in a Body Heat* clip which sounds borderline silly.

The Who welcome with open arms, and open legs, You Better You Bet.
("...you better shove me, like it's alive now.." -- that how I've always heard that line, but it's really "you better shove me back in line now")

(* also starring Richard Crenna)

BOS2 Gary US Bonds feat Broooce -- that LP is a lost gem.

OMGWTFLOL BÖC -- "Joan Crawford has risen from the grave" beats "Bela Lugosi's Dead" any day.  Love Rob's comment that Joan is on her way to Pepsico is Purchase NY to get her old job back. "Don't FUCK with me, fellas!"

ETA: I don't think anyone mentioned recently when AL played it that Thomas Dolby wrote Lene Lovich's "New Toy".

I most certainly did at some point, that's what got him his own record deal.  I even told Annalisa that when I called in to vote for it, which was news to her & she thanked me.

my bad, BTW: it was "Lucky Number" she played in a '79 set recently. She played "New Toy" in Sept 2009.
